Growing up, I lived on a picturesque dirt road. For exercise, I often enjoyed taking long walks on this road. While getting a good workout, I soaked up the beautiful scenery around me. When I moved to the suburbs a few years ago, I had to give up these peaceful walks. Because I couldn’t locate a safe walking trail nearby, I invested in a quality treadmill.
